As we continue to spend more and more time indoors during this Pandemic, we all need to find a way to stay in a routine and most importantly, stay fit and healthy. Thankfully, athletes have many indoor options that do not require anything but a few weights/bands to stay fit.
Every day make a commitment to yourself to do something for at least 30 minutes. This can be a walk or run (if you are allowed to be outside in your area), bike or strength work.
Below is a 30 minute video that I did for my athletes in our Multisport Mastery + JHC Coaching group. We have been offering 20-30 minute workout videos for them every day this last week.
